Cheers, that get's it a lot closer. It's only out by a few dollars, or if the plan difference $20.8 doesn't include GST then a few cents.

Sorry for the confusion - Pinkfish has got it 100% right. I can confirm that there is no cost to change plan but because we bill in advance the "Change of Plan Adjustment" was the difference between your old plan (already invoiced) and the new, higher cost Unlimited plan.
