The LFC contractors usually only install the fritz's in the comms cabinet if they have either been told to do so by the end user, or in the case where there is only 1 RJ-45 on each faceplate. Snap do not specify to the LFC where the fritz is to be located. The number of sockets on each faceplate is important as the fritz needs a minimum of 2 sockets to be connected correctly. 1 is needed for the connection to the ONT and 1 to connect the fritz to the phones in the rest of the house.
If there is only 1 socket on each faceplate then this is the fault of the developer or end user for not specifying a higher number, and is something that is entirely outside of Snap's control.
