I've had reddit not resolving several times last week. Retrying after a few minutes and it came back up.

Just (a few minutes ago) had Geekzone not resolve. This had been happening intermittently since yesterday morning. This seems to affect resolving everything when it happens. Whatever is happening had not interrupted a running Netflix stream.

I can't seem to get any DNS traffic ATM, even from 8.8.8.8

I've restarted the gear

We had a network change this morning that didn't play well, it has been rolled back, once rebooted (if needed), all should be well. Notice went up on the website approx 9am.

Reddit seems to be rate-limiting DNS requests.

I am guessing that is why the proposed new service that woule enable people to access Netflix, etc via Orcon without having to use a VPN service did not come on line this morning?

Do you have a new date for this?

Erm <cough>, maybe :-) we had been testing on Staff but the opening to the wider customer base showed an issue so we rolled back as soon as it became apparent, then relaunched with a fix in place.

Do you have a new date for this?

Live as of Midday today.

Really annoyed. Had trouble with the internet this morning so came here to see if others were experiencing the same thing.

I followed advice to reset the router and now it seems to of completely killed the router. DSL light doesn't show and the wireless light doesn't show. The SSID shows but always comes up with unable to connect. Can't access router by IP address either. When I try to reset again it won't do it.

Rang Orcon and they said it could take three days and then they could send out a router if techs don't find anything.

This has caused major stress as I'm working from home this week due to stress and now I have no internet.

If anyone can help I would be really appreciative.
