sorry to bump the thread, but i thought i'd update with the text i received at noon that i too received a 4gb carryover data bump on my $29 carryover plan. i had an existing AP set up, so that was a welcome surprise.

thank you 2degrees :)

Hopefully it rolls out to other existing AP payers :-)

But, but,.. I can manage my money sooo much better with manual transactions; I know for a fact whether the money is there to come out, the app makes it even faster to pay than going through my banking app, and I generally pay before I'm even billed* :(. APs just seem like such a bad thing, seems wrong to promote them.

*Not a fan of getting a txt asking me to pay a bill I've already paid.

Set up AP, get 4gb data, cancel AP, pay manually moving forward, win

FWIW, my plan renews on the 10th of the month and i used to get a number of texts and emails over the following few days if not paid, I then set up the AP which goes out on the 19th of the month with no reminder texts or emails... so arguably better credit terms and less annoyance = win
