I wouldn't bother trying to use the RT and the Orcon router together unless you can make the Orcon router a bridge only. Domestic grade routers aren't actually that great in a multi-router environment. One of the reason I just bought the Asus DSL-N66U in the end is that taking my time at my hourly rate I'd spend more than the cost of the new router getting everything working the way I wanted it to.
Are you saying using the Asus for Wifi and the Orcon for everything else is not feasible/waste of time? i.e. I should ignore what's being suggested here? http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=82&topicid=160547&page_no=1#1211925
The Orcon's WiFi is p*ss poor and I incredibly unimpressed by it. Would things be a lot simpler if I just bought the same Router that you have? I loved my Asus and this other one seems very similar so perhaps I should get it .... then harass you to tell me how to set it up! ;)
If you can get the Orcon modem into bridge mode and it's stable then it would be an acceptable solution. You're using up two power points etc to do it.
