Should be an easy fix. Just depends which router you have.

TP150
Voice>SIP Advanced Setting> Dtmf Relay payload setting (96 - 127)> Change 100 to 101

NF4V
Voice> SIP Advanced Setting> Dtmf Relay setting>Current setting will be  "InBand"> Click the drop down box and select RFC2833> Dtmf Relay payload setting(96-127) will pop up> Update to 101> Apply

Thanks, thought it might be an easy fix.  I have tried as you suggested but I am getting an engaged tone when I try to call anyone.  Any other suggestions?  (It is the NF4V by the way).

Rats, that should have fixed it. May be a SIP issue but will need your account number to sort that.  Might have to give the guys a call on the 0800 number for this one.

Otumoetai/Bellevue area.

I have emailed support.  It appears that I can still make outgoing calls using the copper line but I can't receive.  Using VOIP I can't make outgoing calls but I can receive them.
