I'm really wondering whether they sent him my old fritzbox that I just handed into Snap lol...

After a week of battling for a replacement router, Snap agreed to give me a temporary replacement for my 7390 as long as I handed in my original one until the issue was resolved. They didn't tell me they were gonna replace it with a 7360, and after I questioned them, they said "we dont have any more 7390s as they are end of life, so use this and see if it works. Besides the only diff is the lack of 5ghz network and 2 less gigabit ports which noone uses."

Wasn't happy at all with the resolution. My connection is still not as good as it was before even though apparently no changes have been made, not sure what the hell changed to make it so bad, but at least I can use my net now without buffering every 10 seconds.

Don't think they can just send him my router as I have a record of my original fritzbox SN and expect the same one returned once they get a firmware fix for it, but weird how they told me they have none left and then send this guy a 7390 from "somewhere".

Please PM with the S/N of your Fritzbox. I'll check it against the one I received. Cheers.
