Officially at the two week mark with no end in sight. They have someone more experienced from Snap looking into it now but that guy doesn't work weekends. I don't know what to do? Do I change ISP's? Surely they can't hold my to my contract if they can't supply me. Or do I switch back over to VDSL and see if that solves it. I don't know but whatever it is that's causing this it seems to be a problem they have never encountered before. FML
We are now approaching the four week mark. In the last two weeks they have sent me out yet another fritzbox and done some more stuff at the exchange which consequently has slowed my connection down on speedtest to less than 50Mb down (still no up). They have also recently sent down a test computer or IPERF as it says on the box but I get the feeling they can't remotely connect to it. I've also been told that I can't go back to VDSL as they most likely cut the copper. FML
