willnz: Hi Lurch,

Someone's going to give you a call today - the tier 2 guys aren't in over the weekend but someone will give you a call just to update you on everything, and they'll get the t2 guys on to it as soon as they are in tomorrow. Apparently they tried to email you to get some more information but they misspelt the address, eeek Embarassed!

Got a voice message on my cellphone saying they had reset the port but wasnt near my computer/router to test it. However had a Telecom guy turn up today and fix the phone line, as I suspected it was the phone line all along. Thats all I wanted was for Orcon to send someone out to fix the line ;-)

Thanks for the help Will I dont know why it took so long, I'm just glad that you read my post as I dont know how long it would of taken to resolve. :-)
