nope, same url. i don't know for sure if you're supposed to get the same as what i've got -- you'd need someone here from orcon to answer that. did you provide them with an alternate email address during the sign up? have you received _any_ emails from them at all?
This is the last email I got that had the ticket no. in the subject. After this when I got to speak to helpful Royce he told me consents were complete and them Cam on this forum told me it's in MDU Build status. Emails I sent are ignored and not replied to. No status on MyOrcon page though.

Chorus currently have your order sitting in the consents and network design phase. This means they will be actively seeking or processing consents from affected property owners and also deciding how they will bring the fibre up into your property.
try using the forgot my password option when submitting the email address that was sent to as the login

login with my user name takes me to the account details, login with my email address takes me to the UFB installation progress page.
If you're on ADSL, VDSL, or any of our old UFB plans, logging in with your username will take you to the old MyOrcon.
If you're on our new UFB plans, or transitioning to one of our new UFB plans, logging in with your email address will take you to the new MyOrcon and will display order progress.

I did reset my password using the email address but trying to logon with email just says wrong password. I can only logon with the Orcon account, email Logon not working.
Which email address are you trying to log in with? Feel free to PM.
entirely possibly that the set up process hasn't even started. you would have needed to provide them with an email address to use as the account login
OK - Finally go to this point where I can see the lack of progress shown below and it says still in neighbour consent state. Both us and the neighbours consented online back in early Jan and we've been told it's now in MDU build state. When queried Chorus say they use MDU also for RoW (Right of Way) which is a shared driveway, which is our case.
I did speak to the Phillipines again today and spent most of the call spelling my name and G was interrupted as almost every other letter of the alphabet (Z zee, D, E, T,....). Painful but I suppose I should be happy I did get to talk to a human being.
At least there is a mechanism now where I can see what is happening. Is this progress bars reasonable indicator of activity with the process in other's experience? Thanks for those contributing with helpful information.
Progress, status has moved from Consent to Scoping! The message I got says 'complex install' but I'm still sure it just needs the fibre blown through the existing ducting. We'll see, progress is positive though.

I see I'm not the only one who is having issues with Orcon's broken UFB process. I have been unable to get the mythical 'Fibre Team' on 0800133333, ever! Any Orcon number or IVR selection ends in the Phillipines, * for call back is broken, if you have the patience to hang on long enough to speak to a human they just transfer you back to on-hold hell and you go around again.
The only way I can get any information out of Orcon is through these forums or Geekzone email. There are apologies but nothing happening. Message is always the same, no indication of timeframe, just keep waiting....
It's very frustrating and that's putting it politely. There seems to be no answer....
