I'm not at home currently but I have port scanned my IP from work, it is responding...but it's not my server/router?

I then assumed someone changed my IP, I checked my account and yes it had been changed but the new one is not responding at all?

I have no idea what the status of my account is other than broken, but no one has communicated anything with me?

You have my sympathies, however today is my last on Orcon tomorrow the fiber switch should be happening touch wood. After the last issue I had it with the un-helpful desk. Even after sounddude fixed it they were phoning me saying hey it is now working did you do the change the DNS to google work... At that point I said no more. There is only so much frustration I can deal with. They were the final straw.
