you are connected at 10/1, your speed test results should be about 8.5/.8, if they are not then the issuer likely resides inside your network.

 

if you used to have higher speed, you need to call orcon and lodge a fault.

@OldGeek You still haven't come back if UFB is available for you. Most of Tawa has it available (I too live in Tawa).

 

 

UFB in my street is not available until 07/2019.
