KiwiT: Rang UFF on Monday. Yes they have a fibre install order that only came through on the weekend. I talked to SS about this on Tuesday last week. Supposedly a rush order.

Designer supposedly ringing tomorrow to make a time to visit which might be this week. Then who knows how long till the install team come back.

Still habe no internet service.
No word from SS about the VDSL reconnection either.

That's a pretty insane leadtime.. normally cases like this that get to me, i instatly get underway an intact adsl/vdsl reactivation. this normally takes about 4 hours to action as it is all remotely completed work.

Rang them again yesterday. Chorus said no order request in the system. SS said no reply to original email order request (clearly didn't bother following it up) so re-requested it again at 12pm. Now 5pm next day and trying to get thru to SS again with a ticket number this time to see what's going on.

Thoroughly pissed off.

I have be advised my connection date is now the 17th.
