I'm using Utorrent with the home hub and port forwarding works sweet for me.

The only thing I have done differentially for you is set the static IP through the MAC address of the PC in the router, so I still have the automatically accept IP/DNS set on the PC.

I'm only running the hardware firewall on the router and not on the PC, possibly thats making the difference?
