A: You really shouldn't use the word Pakeha to describe New Zealand Europeans, even if you don't, many people find it offensive and it could arguably be a FUG violation.
B: When I ring a call centre, I don't care what race colour or creed the person on the other end is, so long as they speak clear, mildly accented English and are helpful. NZ based ones are usually better, but I prefer Filipino call centres to Chinese/Indian ones because I find the accents are usually much milder.
