yitz: Perhaps there is some confusion at the call centre as to whether it is blocked for mobile or homeline or both.
It's possible. The mobile and fixed cores are separate entities.

NickMack: Just had a reply back- If you call customer care and request to have this restriction removed then they will be able to help. It's put in place by default to counties know for scams/fair behaviour.
