Thank you for the new link, but I can't seem to find your screenshot? EDIT: are you referring to the screenshot in the other discussion? are these settings the correct ones?

How do I add the DNS ?

When you select IPoE I believe it asks you to enter the DNS which can be found here:

I have followed the instructions and set up ipv4 with Orcon dns servers, however the modem is still unable to connect. (the ipv4 status says connecting but I can't browse).

I'm about ready to give up :(

I managed to get the HG659b working, the last hurdle for me was setting the MTU value from 1500 (as it appears on the original screenshot) to 1492 (as advised in the Orcon website page).

I also set the protocol version to ipv4+ipv6 (but there wasn't an option for setting up ipv6 DNS servers, only for ipv4, so I don't know if that change made any difference).

Weird, I just checked my settings and my MTU is at 1500 (maybe it doesn't make a difference?)

My protocool is also ipv4, instead of ipv4+ipv6.
