Just got home, around the same time as last night.

 

Ran a few tests just now, getting around 90~104 Mbps on both phone and laptop. Still getting the occasional <90 Mbps though

This looks to be resolved. MyRepublic put me on a new handover and I'm getting consistent speeds throughout the day on the weekends and also after 6:30pm (which is when I get home from work).
