Thanks @samf - We are supplying this information to Akamai - looks like something they need to do on their end.

I was having issues yesterday getting onto the MS Partner site (Via 2Degrees) - thought it was a problem at MS's end but possibly not. Have just re-tried now and is working good as gold.

Is this still an issue? A lot of Brightcove content isn't loading and so I was suspecting it's an CDN issue or this caching issue.

I think I might be having a related issue. I can't get TVNZ ondemand or threenow to stream, except live tv which will. Also struggling to load the primetv page. Youtube seems fine.

Hi, just popping my head in to say I'm having the same issues, noticed it yesterday.  Websites I'm having trouble with include the Steam Store, Cricinfo and League of Legends - just spins for ages and partially loads

Yip this is the same issue - that's very strange.

What area are you at and are you on 2degrees Fibre?

Can you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us or https://store.steampowered.com/

and see if it loads.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

No I can't get either of those websites to load, the microsoft one I get some text loaded down one side. I'm near Warkworth, on 2degrees fibre.

My understanding is that this is being looked at and 2degrees is aware.

Correct - this is affecting customers in the Auckland Region, we are still chasing and working with Akamai to address and resolve. In the interim, a work around is to use another DNS server which will take you off our CDN cache network - like 8.8.8.8 (Google)

I've tried putting that in as my DNS but it didn't seem to work?

Change adapter options -> Ethernet -> Properties - IPv4 -> Properties -> Use the following DNS server addresses

Do you have IPv6 enabled? If so, you could try the Cloudflare DNS:

For IPv4: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
For IPv6: 2606:4700:4700::1111 and 2606:4700:4700::1001
