Detruire: If you're under contract this part of the CGA may be of interest.

Noted thanks. Any thoughts on which ISP is offering best service at the moment?

Personally, I'd go with either Maxnet or Telecom as my first choice.

Maxnet is probably slower, but they peer at the APE and use ANC (which will give better pings to NZ, and possibly Aus)
Telecom is probably faster, but will have higher pings (they don't allow interleaving off, and don't really pear within NZ)

Failing that, I'd go with either Telstra or Actrix (both use Telstra for bandwidth; Actrix peers at the APE)
