Many years ago I've said this about Vodafone...
Users posting this kind of problems here are the early warning signs. Telcos should have intelligent systems to detect patterns and act proactively when something is not right. Waiting for people to call is just pushing problems in the "Look later" basket, and when things are big enough to be noticed by outsiders then it's too late.
One gets the feeling a polling system somewhere stopped working, usage continued to pile up, and when the subsystem kicked back into life, all the historical usage was suddenly dropped into the current usage measurement period.
A company I used to work for had this problem, frequently. Unlimited with manageable throttles was a genuinely solid alternative to ensuring every packet used could be tracked measured and sent to billing, reliably every month... because the human cost of fixing the screwups was enormous

Just chiming in here for the record I am also affected.
Accounting on my router is around ~10tb being used and yet the 2degrees portal is only showing ~1tb being used - I note some days it has only counted a few GB so something iffy is going on!
What uses 10TB? There was a spark employee I saw mentioned he uses 1-2TB a day. I’m so curious to know what people are... forget it. This deserves a new discussion. Hold my beer.
*previous spark employee ;)
A Lot of my usage was performance testing. I've dialed it back (by a factor of 6x) since spark made some adjustments that honestly made the data boring - Every single test server was pegging...
I have since migrated a server or two back home though, so while my synthetic load has reduced, my real utilization has gone up. i still sit at just below 1TB Daily mark.

Mine showing negative usage as well. -540 GB last month, and a lower negative number month before. Normal usage is 200GB-300GB
Looking like it may be everyones account it has borked on.
Just looked at mine; sadly looks pretty normal with usage everyday and no spikes.
Previous month however (6th September - 6th November) has a few 0B days
25 hours later (Since last 2D update here) - and no update from 2D - wow, the system must be really well and truly broken?
Hey guys
The team are working on this still. They provided a solution last night but it doesn't appear to have worked, so it's first priority to work with our vendors to get this all sorted. We'll update when resolved. Cheers

These things happen time to time when we work with third parties. We'll get to the bottom of it soon as :)

I am now up to -165.93MB for the month and 0 usage everyday
@morganbrowne Any update?
Thanks
Mine showing 426 GB 20 Oct, 75 GB used today (no way I’ve used that much today, hardly been on) and zero usage other days.
Using more data then ever in October and I don’t even have Netflix subscription. Canceled Netflix for a few months to counteract price increase they did a while ago.
Edit: yep I’m on unlimited but it means it’s still broke, and if they make decisions based on usage they not going to be using accurate information.
