Just had a look at this from the 2degrees side and found our other customers on this ISAM are experiencing the same issue as you.
Updated the fault already open with Chorus, so we'll see what they come back with.

back when I was at spark, we would regularly see this, required a card reset generally...

 

we had a report that would identify it, I suspect with it going away from a specialized team and dsl lines reducing, it's not being picked up as rapidly.

 

 

 

Totally in for saying brent broke the ISAM though ;)
