The man page makes 45+ http requests which is very high and the static files like images don't have expiry headers or etags.  Should probably look at combining script files (into less .js files) and images (into sprites)

Subjectively I really don't like the background image it distracts from the content of the site.

Agree with this - the last couple of versions of the website have had a similar issue - the background also completely clashes with the logo, and the logo is still too.. "invisible"...

I like the rest though :)

Great website, 100% better than the last one. Background is great, especially like the usage meter the format is much easier to read and the days left counter is great.

No issues with load time, the website loads very quickly. The webmail now needs a theme makeover, but I do like how they've tried to intergrate it all into the site more. Keep up the good work.

In the accounts section I'd like to be able to pay one-off by credit card...

i.e.  for the account to be configured for by invoice, then be available to use whichever card has the best available credit on the day to pay.

Something to consider adding.. projected use for the month.. so if I've used 10GB in the first 10 days then my projected usage would be approximately 30GB.  I think this would be really handy.  Smile  I like the background but perhaps something to make the logo stand out more would also be good.

Great idea dannyres, it wouldn't be too hard to add (in fact, I believe I've already seen it before in one of the dev versions of Cosmos Tongue out)

Orcon's webmail needs much more than a theme makeover...  I've almost ditched Outlook completely (thanks Google), but still use it to access my Orcon email thanks to the deficiencies of both webmail apps.

The new website looks much better; the old one seemed dated.

I recently stumbled across an orcon server running somewhere that had the old site from about 5 years ago running on it so i had a look around it. I think it turned up in a google search or something

Anyhow it looks good - i love the background - its nice to stare at

openmedia:
kerrin: Disagree with openmedia.

I like the flash panels - looks very professional...

Appears to loads instantly, and I don't see any potential for bandwidth problems.   Not like it's a flash movie intro that one has to wait while loading...

flash != professional

flash = we are too lazy to code it in HTML

At the moment I'm getting a broken website because the flash will only partially load.

Yes it is fast as they have kept the initial SWF file small, but it calls back to orcon for additional content.

they are not lazy flash is more harder to code them html.
