Given the stock shortages with the iPhone, what happens if I only manage to receive the iPhone (and get its IMEI) after the trade-in boost promotion has ended despite signing up to it before the end date? Is there any flexibility with this?
Had a chat to Customer Care and in that kind of scenario we'd honour the deals if the customer signed up for both their pay monthly plan and the trade-in deal during the Promo periods (even if it took awhile for the device to arrive and be set up). It's only fair! 😉

Only issue is to sign up for the trade-in, you need the new device's IMEI, so what would be the best way to sign up to the trade in promotion if I don't have the new device's IMEI?
They'll have notes on your account, so will be able to follow through with any deals you had signed up for at the time. 😄
