I raised a ticket at support@vocus.co.nz but seems we still have an issue

Seems to be much better today.

looks like it has resolved itself. i'll be sure to post what went wrong should they give an update.  This morning Vocus said they had no issues when i called them this morning however their network maintenance page throughout the week looks pretty busy

for me it seems to be worse during night times, so I won't know until tonight...
