Heya,
Is this still an issue for everyone? I know there was an issue which happened around 1.30am on Wednesday morning where some customers had no info light meaning they were offline. Restarting the modem bought some of these customers back online but not all.
If you're still having issues you may need to speak to one of our tech specialists. Customer care can put you in touch with them if you call 0800 022 022.
Cheers,
I'm in the Brand & Comms team. If you'd like some help from our 100% Kiwi customer care team call 0800 022 022.

Hi Sarah,
This had nothing to do with the outage on Wednesday morning (even though i was affected from just before 12am in South Auckland) its an issue with some static IP's and DNS.
My static IP was in the 103.xxx.xxx.xxx range when i was having problem, but now im in a 163.xxx.xxx.xxx range which resolved the issue.
Im not sure on the range of the others so i cant say if its the 103 range that was a problem or not.
But as you can see from at least 3 of us in this thread have had issues with DNS and change the static resolved the issue
Quickie update on our DNS Resolution issues et al,
Courtesy one of the trusted 2D members here on GZ, our issue is resolved.
Want to thank the person here on the forum, thank their workmate, and thank 2D.
All in, 2D has in fact been very good to us over the last 5y odd.
Bit of extended comm.'s on our part, all that was required.
Thanks GZ, and thanks 2Degrees, good work.
