Just checked..Call waiting is not working for me either. As soon I'm on the phone with another call, if smb calls me, he (or she) immediately gets the voicemail invitation. Tried to disable a voicemail option through their Easyphone webservice. Didn't help. Now he or she gets the "busy" signals. Though it's not critical in my case, but quite sad to know.
