Slingshot is actually on both networks for broadband, it just depends on where you live.
However, Just Broadband only on the telecom network at this stage.
In terms of speed, it is possible that it would be faster given we handle our network differently. Also depends on what you do - we have a p2p and streaming cache for example, xNet dont.
BUT, it's really hard to tell given I dont work for both companys ;)
liuyanbiao: like 1mb/s hopefully joining slingshot will help in terms of speed.
If you mean 1Mbps (megabits per second, like Speedtest.net measures in), then your speeds should definitely be better on SS unless it's your line limiting your speeds.
If you mean 1MBps (megabytes per second, like your web browser and most download managers measure in), then I don't think you'll notice any improvement, and may notice that SS is slower.
