Everyone else - it's best to use My Account (instead of Visibill). We recently updated this so it's easier to see your peak/off-peak usage (+/- 20 minutes).

sorry about that forgot to post the outcome yes your answer definitely answered my question and helped me understand the off peak data usage meter and its charges/usage.
I have no longer been checking my visibill for 'usage' but rather doing as instructed by going through 'My Account' on slingshot.co.nz and checking 'manage data usage'
