Hi Northland,

Just checking that my email with instructions on how to check your BB usage in My Account has answered all your questions?

Everyone else - it's best to use My Account (instead of Visibill). We recently updated this so it's easier to see your peak/off-peak usage (+/- 20 minutes).

Thanks all,

Aaron from Slingshot

Will you be fixing the Visibill?

Hi aaron

sorry about that forgot to post the outcome yes your answer definitely answered my question
and helped me understand the off peak data usage meter and its charges/usage.

I have no longer been checking my visibill for 'usage' but rather doing as instructed by
going through 'My Account' on slingshot.co.nz and checking 'manage data usage'

really appreciate your assistance and thank you (;

"Will you be fixing the Visibill?"

Hi hellonearthisman,

We're planning to remove it from Visibill, since the information is avaialble in My Account where it's easy to see peak/off-peak.

Cheers,
Aaron from Slingshot
