You won't be able to (easily) find a link for the bill, and chances are it won't work without the cookies saved by your browser (which Google won't have)
I had no problem viewing my parent's SS bill on Google Docs (signed in, I uploaded it and clicked the link and it displayed perfectly fine.)
Personally, I use Sumatra PDF reader (~1.4MB) that can be downloaded from this page.
When I get an email (I use webmail) with an attachment, I copy the link address and paste it into http://docs.google.com/viewer and click generate link and to view now, I click the link thats says To view now Click here.
The only problems I've had with it is when the PDF bills they send is if the are corrupted or they belong to someone else's account. 8|

Thanks for that all sorted can ring them back now and cancel a paperbill being sent out now that I can read them.:)
