2Degrees came back to say that one of the missing texts was actually delivered to me at the time specified.
All I know is that I never saw it and had no alert in my top bar to say I had received one. I wonder if it is down to the way Android displays messages conversation style. Is it possible i deleted the conversation just as the text was arriving and it took that with it?

I will double check any conversation before deleting it but what a hassle.

I have had more than 20 lost sms sent from my husband's Vodafone and others ever since I joined 2degrees more than 2 months ago. I feel so sorry for 2degrees as they still cannot fix my problem as I just lost another one he sent yesterday.
Has anybody got this problem solved? Otherwise I am switching back to telecom soon.

Have you raised this with our Call Centre?  This sometimes happens if you've ported your number across where it's got stuck with the other provider.  If it reaches our network we'll pass it on to you.

If you like send me the details of the missing texts, your number, the numbers and network they were sent from and times/dates.  I'll follow up with our Customer Support.

Cheers
