I?m a bit disappointed in the new plans.

They say my average is 55gb and offered me a 45gb plan.

They offered me less data for less money & or more data for more money. Loose-loose.

Also I see they have made phone services (voicemail etc) a $10 add-on now on most plans.

I?m sticking with my current plan.

Now if they had drop their excess data charges to $1.20 ? $1.50 per gb that would have been much better.

They must have fixed the problem because it lets me upgrade now.

This was with Chrome if that helps

Btw, what's Call Minder?? THey're charging 10 dollars a month for that! I'd rather take  5 gigs.

Call minder is the answerphone service.  It's $10 for that, Caller ID and Call Waiting.  I don't really think it's worth $10 but now that we're used to having it, my wife is not keen to let them go.

It's things like that that make the new plans not as good value.  Of course, some people wouldn't have had/wanted those phone features so it's an extra saving for them.  I thought that's why they had the Bronze+ plan, just for a basic phone.  Then add data if you want it.
