I have Android 2.2 on 2degrees, time is set to gmt+12, have restarted the phone.

I see the problem with both 2dgrees -> 2degrees and vodafone -> 2degrees messages, but have not tried telecom -> 2degrees.

I don't know this for a fact, but my opinion is that the issue is in fact caused by the 2degrees IN.
Does anyone have any SMS's in their inbox that were delivered between 11pm and 12am on the eve of the DST change?

I *think* it may have started 1 hour before midnight but I only have my inbox to compare.

Yep, I am having this issue with my 2degrees HTC Desire running 2.2. Mine is also set to grab time/date automatically.

I will place a call to the helpdesk and see if a fix is on its way.
