First i got someone from 2 degrees who I couldnt understand then they kept leaving me voice mail which I had to ring from my normal phone and pay to clear

Then the nice man on here said it would be a sim issue waiting for replacement

Then I get a txt to ring 2 degrees as they have an answer to the problem they said that the phone is hard coded to telecom and i have to take it back
I DIDNT EVEN GET THE PHONE FROM THERE ITS FROM AMERICA

So then the lady goes on 4 times that she can set up the interent i said whats the use of the net when I cant send a text in the end i hung up because i told her 4 times i didnt want to set that up !!!

Looks like phone is going in the bin and back to XT as I cant afford another 2 degress phone at the mo

Hi Aaron

I'm going to send you the SIM today as originally planned to see if this cures the text problem. However if that doesn't work then it seems the issue is with the phone not recognising or storing the SMSC correctly. 

I'll check that call out too.
