last i looked/listened it was 70-something, it could be more though now (I wasn't listening very hard and it was a little while ago).
re: free national, there's no easy way for joe-blogs user to know what's free and what's not, how can an isp have a selling feature that >95% of the customer base would have trouble understanding. and most likely would get wrong.
Specifying services/sites such as isky/tvnz online etc though is far less confusing, and that's what you're seeing isp's doing now.
