That IP address is wrong. Either Orcon DNS is not located in NZ (I doubt it), or you still have a third party DNS in your network, or your PC is caching previous responses.

In New Zealand you should see cdn.geekz1.com resolving to 202.175.128.164.

You were right had to reset the nic as it was still using opendns silly I always manage to forget that bit but it's all working now if you care to retake a look at my previous post you'll see I have edited it with the correct result
