I thought it was three notices and then you have to go to the special court. Disconnection was only after that if they thought it was required. But if labour gets in they are supposedly dropping the disconnection clause, and will review the whole law again.
freitasm: There are no "ports used for filesharing"... People can set it to anything, so you'd have to block everything...
That shows you my knowledge on p2p. If they have a quota, say 100MB a day per user which is more than enough for email and some browsing, that could get around it. Libraries tend to do that.
Does anybody know if CallPlus are actually trialling new 802.16e WiMAX gear? Or are they just using their existing 802.16d network and claiming it's 4G?
