Nothing relevant on the network updates page, though.

If anyone heres anything, an update would be?appreciated. ?Cheers

I had to laugh sorry every time I read one of these "the whole ISP went down" there's some poor chap which just signed up that day and is freaking out that he made the wrong choice

Looks like the web page is up again.

Doh, somebody's pushed the wrong button! Thier site came back up within about 10 minutes. I'd say they have a backup site hosted on a different network somewhere - it's currently being served up from 119.224.141.132, so it will be interesting to see what IP it' uses when their own network is back up :)

Unable to contact Call Plus via their on call account manager, i telephoned one of their account managers on his mobile (Don't like calling people after 11pm but he was very polite :-)

He got hold of the on call engineer and telephoned me back saying it was an issue with the voice part of their network. Not sure why that took down our servers, as well as theirs, but ours all seem to be back up now. Good to see they appear to have sorted it quite quickly.

Still not working in Christchurch.   Had no internet green light on my D-Link modem, then a red 'internet' light,
now back to no internet light.   Tried the usual things rebooting the modem, unplugging for 2 minutes etc.
No problem I'm sure it will get sorted, using my 2 degrees stick to post this.

Hey guys,

We're now doing the cleanup on the root cause, and checking everythings back up.

What is still down for you?

I'm expecting maybe voice dialing maybe down for some customers. We're literally right now bringing the services back up.

I know the feeling, will be a few tired guys wondering into work late tomorrow, assuming they make it home :)

On the bright side the timing wasn't too bad, could have been at 6pm
