networkn: It beggars belief they would get a call centre in a foreign country (Except for the pattern of always looking for the cheapest way to solve a problem). When was the last time a company used a call centre in a foreign country and the feedback from it was positive? They have had so much bad press in recent years, surely they would be looking for a complete win to balance it. Hopeless.

so it's our government shipping jobs overseas while ignoring record high unemployment domestically. As a taxpayer and a customer, I'm actually offended by it.

So switch your business to a NZ ISP that uses NZ support staff only, eg: (iirc) Maxnet, Xnet, ICONZ, Actrix, Inspire etc... oh you don't like the higher price you have to pay for service? That's called hypocrisy, you can't have it both ways!
