Yeah still seeing it on all the DSL circuits I'm monitoring [different ISP, not snap]. funny though that two of the affected users who recently moved suburbs no longer have the issue... all still using the same handover, so without a doubt it's a Chorus issue.

If you're a Snap customer, please DM us your username or customer number so we can look into this.
We'll need you to enable ICPM responses (ping) on your modem, if its not already enabled by default. If your not sure what this is, we'll let you know if you need to do it, and help you get it setup.

Still getting packet loss here, but pings and speeds are fine.
