Phewsion: I originally moved from Telecom to Orcon years ago because their service was top notch,
56k - Clear.net (Prior to Telstra buying them out)
Jetstart (128K ADSL) Telecom,
Soon as orcon got it I went to them, awesome customer service then
Went back to Telecom when they introduced Unlimited data, switched back to Orcon when telecom started shaping it, Been with them since then but I really regret going to Genius, I got better speeds before that
I have no problem understanding the Manilla people but they get lost with kiwi slang, Took them 2 weeks to send out an engineer to "fix my faulty line", but they only looked outside, never came in. Then I got a txt saying it's fixed, but it's worse than before, Now I have to go through the trouble of ringing tech support again
And I've been trying to get them to turn off my Call Waiting for 8 months, If I'm on the phone and someone rings it cuts off the person I'm talking too, if the person ringing stops the original call comes back (If they don't hang up)
I got 3 months left in my Genius contract, then I'm changing ISPs, probably to Snap
