Yeah - I noticed a change.
Google now thinks I reside in Japan based on my Orcon IP address.
Stupid geolocation; as now I can't access my Google Play content!

Still happening?

What IP did you have?

Seems odd...Could it be an account setting with google?

I had an IP of 219.88.134.xxx
The redirect to Google.co.jp and Youtube (JP) seems to have corrected itself. But Google Play is still an issue.
My credit card which is associated with Google Wallet is about to expire, it may have something to do with that?

I was even being targeted with Google Ads in Japanese!!

Despite the increase in latency google earth, maps and street view are still acceptable in speed with only a slight reduction in load times  (noted the newly resolved ip, tests to the original are actually worse again)

I have been having issues with some iTunes streaming - mainly with the movie trailers and YouTube clips through the Apple TV. Sometimes the top 10 trailers are ok and may only buffer once, but anything remotely off that seems to stop and buffer.

YouTube on the Sony TVs is also unwatchable if you select the HD setting (it is a bit of a pain to flick between HD and "crappy 1997 VHS-dub" streaming quality.
