Seems particularly bad this morning.  Slow to get onto some sites, and facebook is a no-go.  I pm'd you a couple of days ago - any news?

Flip: Hi again all,

If you are currently experiencing problems accessing certain websites please send me a PM with your account and contact info and I'll get this in front of the right people so we can take a look. Cheers!

Hi all,

We can confirm we're having some intermittent issues with international browsing which seems to have become more prevalent this morning. Our network ops team is across it and working on sorting it as soon as possible.

The guys are looking to speak with someone experiencing these symptoms to help us out - if you're up for it flick me a PM with your account (and contact) info. Cheers!

I'd volunteer but I'm away from home at the moment. The issue isn't just with international browsing, as http://support.flip.co.nz wouldn't load when I was experiencing the issue (unless your support page is hosted offshore).

Hi again all,

Thanks for your patience while we work through these issues.

We've confirmed that the major network issues from this morning are now resolved.

The source of the extended problems (identified by many of you in this thread prior to today) has been found to be an issue with our upstream provider who we are working with to implement a permanent fix. We don't have a time line on this right now, but now that we've found the source of the problem we anticipate we'll be back to full capacity very soon.

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the disruption.

I just moved from Voda and was getting 20-1.5, now I am getting 14-1 I have the exact same setup, no change at all. The "technician" said all he did was unplug from Vodas dslam and plugged into "wholesale" Flip dslam - I called FLIP and they spotted off on some long nothing about how I can only have 14 anyway...... I am so annoyed, but having said that I am only paying $75 now wheres with Voda it was $109

I struck the issue again just now. I'm unable to access www.fiverr.com (I was able to access it on Friday and I can still access it on the 2degrees network). I've opened a support ticket with Flip.

I've been having this same problem of selective websites timing out, exact same as last time, for almost a week now.

Support person I spoke to claimed I needed to test if it was the router I've been using with no issues for two years. Lol.

And the support cue I am waiting on now seems VERY long.

Not surprised to hear others are getting the same old 'selective websites timing out/loading slow, sporadically' issue, as we did a little earlier. Thanks for piping up.

I can now access fiverr.com again. I don't know whether that's a result of me opening a support ticket or just good luck, as I haven't received an update.
