RalphFromSnap: Hi all
Some of you will be aware we had a couple of teething issues with the website this morning - it all loooks to be resolved now (certainly the orders are flowing in!) so we'll get some comms out to our existing customer base soon.
Thanks for all the feedback - we do appreciate all of it. We spent a lot of time coming up with the new plans and really do believe that they offer something for everyone. Having said that, we know that some of you have signed up to Snap promo deals which were priced very sharply at the time, so if you want to stay on one of those plans then you are more than welcome to do so.
With regards to the $15 Home Phone Plus service - on the face of it this may look like it means a more expensive price than a current Snap offer, but it does include unlimited NZ & Aus landline calling. In the old Snap world Unlimited NZ landlines was $10/m extra, so we think the value of the new offer is pretty compelling.
We also now offer Naked UFB services as well, which we know many of you have been asking for.
Cheers
Ralph

Now that's weird because I want a new Fritzbox and I cannot see any option to add one even though I already have an older one!

BYOD is not available for launch, although we will review this again in a few months.

Personally I disappointed about the land line increase.
I don't make calls to Aussie or National calls using my current Snap Landline so they are saving me $10 with the Gigatown plan price drop and costing me $15 for the landline.
I know I can stay with what I had, so am not losing - but disappointed that my yay savings moment turned into an *bother* - nothing good here moment.
KrazyKid: Well Done Snap new plans look good overall.

Common sense is not as common as you think.
