ISP's wont generally put up faults that affect a small hand full of people anyways, well from my experience with a similar fault to this. ISP couldnt care less about updating their status page. would rather people call up and clog up their phone lines
I've had contact with Enable, the plan from our side is to work along side Enable and see what we can collectively do in order to reduce the impact of a similar event for our customers in the future.

Good meeting today with Enable on the issue from a week or so ago - We are providing additional traces / information to them for investigation with their hardware vendor.

Quick update - We have been requested to provide more information to Enable/Huawei, so we currently building a lab to assist in the investigation of this specific issue.
