@scottjpalmer - this is, by far, the most sensible thing you've said throughout this entire thread!

Edit: I know it's probably just my browser playing silly buggers, but I couldn't help myself...

New iOS update today but no new 5G

Or are 5G updates carrier based

Like a seperate carrier update gets downloaded separately??

Gives more time for 2degrees to build out the 5G further and fine tune it

Hey team, just catching up on this forum (5G woohoo!)

But is it only available in supported devices with specific software update from 2Degrees?

I thought during the trial, parallel imported devices could access/connect to he 5G network. But have they now been locked out with the official launch?

AFAIK parallel imported devices will continue to work. The list of allowed 2degrees devices will grow.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Agreed.
They can’t REALLY say they’ve launched 5g as it’s only available for a very select few phones.
Still no IOS 😔
