awesomeo: Hi All,

I am back from my holiday...

Here is a new one again (likely with new bugs, let me know); it has the following new stuff:

*Warns within 80% of Data Cap.

*Repair tool now sets Orcon DNS Servers (After much humming and arring).

*Warns that the cap is exceeded.

*Some new menu options (links to Orcon Pages).

*Automatic Update now happens every 20min (approx), instead of every 3.4days (woops, lol).

*Detects possible PVC Tunnelling errors.

*Detects Blocked Accounts.

*Pretty sure the usage cap calculation issue has been delt to...

Give me "Always on top" and i'll be away laughing! :D

Love the whole thing, thanks very much - it's very handy. Is there any way to rescale and make it a bit smaller though ?

From May 23 they will charge extra data at $2 per gb :-(

They've sent out an email to everyone affected. Thanks for the updated version too, but I'll keep with the old version till 23 May.

Okay, so I have been playing with Linux and have become to distracted by all the cool stuff in there...

I hope at some point to make the meter in GTK+ and Glade... but for now I would recommend taking a look at this link (assuming you have KDE)...

Fantastic! I can't try it out as I use Ubuntu.

Some suggestions:
Be weary of contrast - Black on purple blends too much. Perhaps try an off-white on purple or even just on dark grey (so the colours do not conflict with someone's theme or desktop look).
Personally, I'd go for something very simple and stripped down. Avoid the embossed look if you could?
Function and form as one.

Doesn't seem to give me any usage at all, but I'm not on a ULL line. Do I have to setup the login details for my Orcon accountname/password somewhere?
