You need to remember Telecom gave the proverbial finger to ISP's that rolled out LLU gear with wholesale "loyalty" pricing to ISP's that didn't. I'm not sure if that is still in effect now, maybe someone else here knows?

Wholesale Loyalty discounts where withdrawn.

I believe there is an NBR, Stuff and NZ Herald article some where on this/

Also, those prices above, some of them include POT's, while others are nDSL.

Correct. I only require IP data so I've worked out the cheapest plan (including cost of POTS when required) that includes >=10GB of data on a FS/FS connection for each ISP. Not surprisely Orcon, Telecom and Vodafone price out more expensive since they don't provide a Naked DSL plan.

Sorry what exactly is naked dsl. I have orcon I only pay 120$ on their platinum plan I haven't had any problems but their cabinisation process for adsl2+ which has taken forever

did your neighbour just sign up on Telecom BB? If so then likelyhood is that they could have access to Telecoms EUBA... existing xtra customers before Dec 09 would remain on old Telecom BB for the time being.
