mikebails: So after being slowed down significantly for the last week, my speed are back to normal. Since I didn't do anything on my end when this happened I assume it was an issue on the Slingshot side?

Hard to say without looking into your account, PM them to me and ill see if anything was changed this end,

If it was just slow for a week then normal again it sounds like a throttle, Did you still have data available on your plan?

Cheers,
Joe.

Well thanks to Joe at slingshot I have seen a vast improvement in speed and am able to watch streaming media once more.
Streaming media from rt and PressTV are working well.

Speedtest.net  Downloads12485 kb/s  Uploads 1047 kb/s Ping 17ms  Grade A- faster than 80% nz  .

Thanks again Joe

Speed has gone downhill over the last two weeks. I am on the 250GB plan. Seems to be bad regardless of peak/offpeak times. I am in Tauranga.

It is hard to explain but data graphs look like an (sort of) EKG graph
