I believe that Telecom offers them (through Gen-i).

NZtechfreak: I'm thinking it could be the Ascend D Quad, but maybe that's just wishful thinking as I'm very keen on the D Quad XL.
Incidentally, VinnieG which benchmarks are you referring to? The ones I've seen show it outperforming the Tegra 3.
